There are several different ways it can be prepared, I will share a few
Cracked Conch with Peas & Rice
(Deep Fried)
Conch Salad
It is made of the raw conch diced with tomatoes, sweet-pepper, lime, pepper and other juices.Conch salad is my personal favorite!

Conch Fritter
This is prepared by dicing the conch, and forming a doughy mixture with flour, egg, milk and others and
then it is deep fried
